What is Guided Meditation?
How much “you time” do you allow yourself? How often do you really relax and recharge the batteries? Is your brain constantly on overload as you try to juggle the tasks of the day and still be all things to all people? We all need time to heal body, mind and spirit. If our energies are sapped we have no more to give. Meditation is a truly wonderful way of relaxing, healing and raising our energy levels. Through meditation you can focus your mind and achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state. Every month groups meet and, working with different crystals, enjoy two meditations – the first to balance your Chakra Energy System and tune in to the energy of your crystal; the second takes you on a guided journey. Crystals are a wonderful tool to deepen your meditation and help you to achieve a specific outcome. The meditations are conducted in a relaxed friendly atmosphere and we enjoy refreshments and a chat between meditations. You can choose to join one of the existing groups; make up your own friendship group or enjoy a one-to-one. Just give me a call to discuss the options. |
